III. Return Conditions
Please ensure that the returned product meets the following requirements (opened products can also be returned):
The product has not been damaged by human error;
It is in basic condition (including accessories, packaging, etc.);
It does not affect resale (except for quality problems); Provide order information and a description of the problem (photos are recommended).
IV. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return application; Provide the order number and a description of the problem; Customer service will provide return instructions after approval; Return the product to the designated address; After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
V. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs due to quality issues or incorrect shipments will be borne by us.
Return shipping costs due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect specifications, etc.) will be borne by the buyer.
Costs incurred due to unjustified refusal to accept delivery or incorrect address information will be borne by the buyer.
VI. Non-Returnable Items
